How did you get involved in the design & construction field?
While in Junior High School, I was challenged by my father to figure out how to turn the crawl space of our existing family home into a finished basement. After completing that basement project, I guess it just snowballed from there.
Favorite A&W menu item?
The Oreo Polar Swirl… or is it the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Swirl… maybe I should just say it’s a Polar Swirl, and leave it at that.
If you could have lunch with one person, who would you choose and why?
I assume I can choose someone living or dead… so I would choose Nikola Tesla. I would love to know how his mind worked and how he was able to conceive such forward thinking ideas and designs in a time period when most people must have thought that he was insane. I would also like to know the details behind how he got ripped off by Thomas Edison. (and of course… what the afterlife is like.)
What’s one item on your bucket list?
To get something patented.
The age-old question: When enjoying a Float, do you use a spoon or a straw?
Straw… but watch out for brain freeze!
