5 Questions With...Jack Ross, Area Coach

Jack Ross joined the A&W Team as a Restaurant General Manager in 2013. Eight years later, Jack is now an Area Coach and plays a pivotal role in our restaurants’ success. Read the interview below to get to know Jack a little bit better.

What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?

Most people wouldn’t know it, but I am a huge nerd.

What’s your favorite memory from your time at A&W?

My favorite memory was opening up an A&W Restaurant in our local mall. It was such a cool experience and I have many great memories from it.

What’s one item on your bucket list?

I would love to jump out of an airplane one day.

Can you describe your role at A&W using just 3 words?

Area Coach to the stars… I know it’s more than 3 words, but it’s true!

If you could share a Root Beer Float with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?

My grandfather, because I have always looked up to him.
